  • Responsibilities:

  • Assist in revising and maintaining cargo operations manuals to ensure compliance with regulatory and airline requirements
  • Monitor daily cargo operations locally and overseas with respect to safety and security issues
  • Follow up on incident investigations related to dangerous goods, safety, and security issues
  • Handle cargo-related irregularities as needed
  • Manage procurement of airline stationery and relevant system updates
  • Support training issues, including approval of outports’ training syllabi
  • Monitor budget for outports
  • Oversee ULD (Unit Load Device) operations
  • Work closely with contracted service providers to ensure smooth cargo operations
  •  
  • Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of aviation experience with minimum 1 year of airline cargo operation related
  • Tertiary education, Bachelor’s degree holder will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of Dangerous Goods Regulations
  • Knowledge of Cargo Security Program (e.g., Regulated Agent Regime at HKG)
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels in a multicultural working environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
  • Holder of a valid Hong Kong driving license would be an advantage
